Cannabis Private Clubs Members Agreement

As a valued member of Cannabis Private Clubs, I hereby acknowledge and agree to uphold the ethos and community standards of the club. I understand that my actions and interactions have an impact on the community, and I am committed to promoting a harmonious environment for all members. Specifically:

1. Respect:

I will treat all members, staff, and guests with kindness, empathy, and respect. I understand that everyone has unique experiences and perspectives, and I will respect these differences.

2. Peaceful Conduct:

I pledge to maintain a peaceful demeanor within the club. I understand that disruptive behavior, conflict, or any form of aggression will not be tolerated.

3. Responsibility:

I will use cannabis responsibly and will not encourage or participate in excessive consumption. I recognize that everyone has different tolerances and preferences and will respect these boundaries.

4. Communication:

If I have any issues, concerns, or suggestions, I will communicate these respectfully and constructively to the appropriate party, be it another member, a staff member, or the management.

5. Community:

I will contribute positively to our community, supporting others in their journey towards tranquility and self-discovery, and refraining from judgmental or derogatory comments.

6. Respect for Property:

I will treat the club’s facilities, materials, and resources with care and respect, understanding that these are shared amongst all members.

By acknowledging this agreement, I affirm that I am committed to fostering an environment of tranquility, respect, and mindfulness at Cannabis Private Clubs. I understand that failure to uphold this agreement may result in consequences up to and including termination of my membership.

I agree to uphold the principles of this agreement and to conduct myself in a manner that promotes the tranquility, respect, and positivity that are the heart of Cannabis Private Clubs.

Member’s Agreement and Release
Consistent with my desire to take personal responsibility for my conduct, individually and as a member of this private members club, I agree to abide by the principles contained club regulations and documents. I will refrain from any form of discrimination, harassment, bullying, derogatory, illegal, or unethical conduct, and I understand that if I engage in such conduct, I agree to reimburse my club or other individuals involved with this club, for any damages, losses, or costs resulting from my conduct. Understanding that this Private Club programs are conducted by volunteers who cannot be effectively screened or supervised. I release and discharge the club, governing bodies, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability for the intentional or negligent acts or omissions of any
member or officer of my club. Should a dispute of some nature arise, I expressly agree to resolve all disputes, claims, and charges relating to the club and it’s members in accordance with our Code of Ethics and Conduct.
By submitting this application, I expressly agree to the following:
■ The collection, use, and processing of the personal information I provide in this Membership Application for the purposes of organisation administration, payment of my dues, and inclusion of my contact information in a members’ directory that will be distributed to members and employees of the club. In addition, the collection, use, and processing of my personal information collected by the clubs’ website and by electronic communications.
■ That my information may be accessed and used by the club, its employees and agents, District leaders, and club officers.
■ Maintain changes to my personal contact information to ensure it is accurate and current by updating my personal details located in the Members Registry. I understand that the majority of the data requested in this application is necessary for administrative and planning purposes.
■ I further authorise the Health Club to cultivate up to 2 cannabis plants for the benefit of the members of the club.
